We have extensive experience and demonstrated performance in providing excellent plumbing including 24 x 7 services and out-of-hours emergency services. Plumbwise is directed and managed by Mark Dodds.

Resources and Capability
Plumbwise Plumbing Services (Aust) Pty Ltd has staff employed, strategically and conveniently located to service the Sydney Metropolitan areas. The company has all of the infrastructure, plant and equipment, personnel and other resources to perform the required services. All staff are direct employees and fully qualified and experienced. They are selected for their commitment to quality, service ethic and reliability.


Quality Assurance
Plumbwise Plumbing Services currently has a comprehensive Quality Assurance System, conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, as well as Environmental Management and OH&S/WHS Management Systems.


Environmental Management
In addition to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, Plumbwise Plumbing Services is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner itself where possible. Plumbwise Plumbing Services are always seeking to help customers reduce their water usage, carbon emissions or other environmental impacts.


Procedures and process to achieve these objectives include an Environmental Management System, conforming with ISO 14001: Environmental Management.

Our service team consists of the Administration Department and Service Technicians who work hand in hand to ensure your plumbing experience is second to none. Our Administration ensures your job is attended to on time and communicates wirelessly with all field Technicians promoting real time response, reporting, invoicing and job communication via our Job Management System.


Our experienced Technicians ensure your job is done right, first time, on time, every time and on budget. All Technicians are fully qualified, licensed plumbers and gas fitters and are easily identifiable on site in company uniforms. All Technicians are fulltime employed, have appropriate licences and registrations and are WHS conscious.

Friendly, polite and educated our staff are always ready to handle any customer enquiries or job bookings. Whether its advise over the phone, booking a job or quote or you’re making an enquiry, we are ready to help. We respond to requests and inquiries from Customers professionally, sincerely and rapidly and always provide appropriate information to customers. ‘We value our Customers feedback and endeavour to develop and improve products and services to deliver total Customer satisfaction.
